This school has a rating of 1 out of 5. I now understand why... This school, instead of teaching, educating, instructing and learning little influential minds right from wrong, by explaining to them that, "if it's minor", that it is inappropriate and wrong for them to do that. Instead of this school/faculty sitting a little child down and explaining to them right form wrong, this school criminalizes a 7 year old and suspends them for a day. What kind of a value system does this school have? A demented one...
Bryant is a wonderful school. My two children have been there since pre-k, and I have nothing but raves about the teachers and other staff there. If there is a problem it would be because the parents are not participating with the teachers to make the most of what they have to offer.
Bryant elementary is a good school and has great staff for thoes with children who don't have issues. the children with issue(problems) are not delt with in the way that I think they should. they need to be evaluated and then recommended for different programs to help them and not continuously kicked-out of school for the same issue related problems over and over again.
I was a student intern in this school and found the Principal and Assistant Principal very supportive. They want nothing but the best for their students. We were always using our meetings and professional development days learning ways to improve for our students.
Bryant Elementry School is the worst school I have ever had the horrific experience of having my children attend . The principal is more focused on if the childrens shirts are tucked in than if the children are not feeling threatened by their teachers and fellow peers. That is why I have decided to send my children to charter schools next school term. LaToyia Veal
