We moved from down state 4 years ago and my kid is now a senior at GHS. Kid loves the school, teachers and activities! Good communication with parents and caring teachers. Great high school!
Good school, unfortunatly due to budget issues some of the non-academic classes have been reduced, example: drama, stage lighting ect. Does have a good Advanced Placment program for students preparing for college. Especially in the English area. Along with that students also have the oppertunity to take actual college classes and the school will pay for them to help you get a jump start on college basic classes. It really helped once I actually got to college.
My child's first year of high school could not be better. She loves it! I think this is a great school, much bigger then where I went. The best high school Ii have seen so far.The teachers are wonderful and they care about the kids.
