Crossroads has a wonderful learning environment as well as several extracurricular activities to meet the interest of 'ALL' students! The sports are awesome ... allowing several to get involved! As for academics and safety...The teachers have 'teams' and time each day to discuss students... coordinate lessons for across curriculum teaching. The discipline plan is very clearly laid out and the 'SRC' Student Responsibility Center is a great way for the student to learn from their actions or poor choices and follow-up with teachers. The parents are involved and attend conferences and dances etc... The greatest of all is their 'Mentoring' program, which is where an adult commits to meet with a child once a week for 1/2 hour to help a student with emotional/academic issues and to assure them someone cares about them! The staff is very loving and caring about each student!
