This is the worst school when it comes to false allegations. I have had protective services called on me three times in the last year for my child having a bump on her head and a seperate occasion having a scratch on her head. Beware to all parents, send your child to another anchor bay school so you don't have to live with the thought of potentially losing the most important thing in your life. Your beautifil child.

Did not care for this school. My son has ADHD nearly as bad as I did at his age. Unfortunately, the school refused to deal with the problem. The teacher at least put some effort into dealing with him, but the principal was quite nasty. He ended up spending more time out of school than in. And while he did have behavioral problems there, the staff put almost no effort into dealing with the problem. By the second time he was sent to the office, they were already trying to have moved to a different school. The issues for which he was sent to the office were relatively mild. And while he did have behavioral problems, they almost immediately disappeared once he was transferred.

The personable teaching in this school is like none other. They truly care about the education of the children. I have never seen such interaction on the level of teacher. Great School and Great Job..

Maconce Elementary has been a growing, wonderful experience for my daughter. [My daughter] has some special needs and the school has been so attentative, and reseptive to them. Her attendance is getting much better, because she wants to be there.
