The teachers at Hunt Elementary all try their best to teach with what they have. Classes rotate through music, PE, and writing every day, and there are two computer labs with enough computers for each student in the class to work. Breakfast, lunch, and a snack are available, and the students at this school seem to enjoy being there. Instructors take care of those who are disruptive, allowing the students there to learn the proper atmosphere. The secretaries and principal get to know each student. Some of the material could be a little more challenging.

My son is in the first grade and has just been diagnosed with ADHD. The staff has been working with him and even gave him a job helping the music teacher with the kindergartners. this has helped motivate him to try harder and do better. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Even the detention teacher is friendly and showed genuine concern for my son when he was having trouble staying passe with the rest of his class. His ADHD makes it heard for him to keep up but Hunt school makes a true effort to help him.

I am very happy with Hunt school. I feel both of my children have had great teachers and excellent learning experiences here. The teachers and staff are always willing to address any concerns parents or students may have.
