My son has attended this school since Kindergarten, he is entering the 5th grade this year, and I cannot tell you how absolutely fabulous this school is. District budget cuts have not affected the quality of education here. The staff is caring and willing to work with both the students and the parents to create an environment of success for each student. I am incredibly involved in my childrens schooling, and I feel welcomed anytime I stop in to say hi in the middle of the day and get a progress report. Sadly, we are moving and I can say that I am going to miss East staff and the students there.
I'm not a parent but I am a sister of a couple of first graders and I went to this school. It is absolutely wonderful. The teaching staff is incredible. Everywhere we go, my sisters read everything and everyone compliments. This is by far one of the best schools around.
