I have to state the major reason test scores at Riddle Elementary are so low. Every ESL student that comes into our district (non english speaking), as well as students who are from other countries ,whom never have never attended school, are placed at Riddle. This school has the resources to teach these students. When a student who does not speak english, let alone understand it, is given a test to take in the english language, people wonder why they fail!!
