I have not had good experiences at this school It seems as though they care more about test results and state funding than they do about the best interests of the students. They also tend to think they know what is best for child, not that parents know what is best. Complaints seem to go unresolved and unanswered. There is also excessive homework that kids struggle to keep up with. Yes, the standards are high, but sometimes too high for elementary students.
The teachers and staff are very caring and helpful. They always try to assist where they can. When I call the school for any reason at all, they are very easy to interact with, and always thorough.
We have had two students attend Foster Elementary School and we love the atmosphere and high standards!!!
