I go to Monroe Middle School. This is my first year here as a 7th grader. The teachers are really friendly and understanding here. It's a good school.

I have been very frustrated and disappointed in this school. They are stretched so thin with budget cuts that they only provide the bare essentials of education, there are no classes for either the above or below average students. The great teachers are pressured to conform to performance for the MEAP, and the not so great teachers are kept through the bureaucracy of red tape. The bullying and general demeaning atmosphere among the student body is rampant. It is a situation built upon survival of the fittest. I strongly recommend that you explore your other options before enrolling in this facility.

I have only been involved in the middle school for a short time and it has been great. I like the teachers ans classes ans the parents information they give you.

This school district is good for students average and above, but for students with learning difficulties or below average students they do absolutely nothing for them. I've asked all my son's teachers to please keep steady communication with me and they keep telling me they will but never do. I am totally frustrated. There are no programs for students they leave behind either.

I feel that the Physical Education teacher is doing a great job. It is nice to see young, energetic, refreshing teachers who enjoy their job.

This is a pretty good school. There are disciplinary problems, but the education and teachers are top notch for the state. I would strongly recommend this school.
