We have 3 children in the elementary and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience! We are very involved parents and are always welcomed by teachers and staff. We would never consider sending our kids anywhere else.

I have 2 sons who attend Morrice Area Schools. Whenever either of them have needed extra help they have been there for them. There are some concerns but that would be the same wherever we went. Overall I am extremely happy with Morrice schools.

We are currently looking to send our children elswhere to school. Parents are not made to feel welome in the school. The teachers focus seems to be anywhere but on the education they are delivering to their students....MEAP scores should reflect this. My child has been tested and is at a 5th grade reading and math level, and he is a 3rd grader. The school has told us they cannot give him special work or extra work, as the teacher has other students to consider. The building itself should be condemned in spots. The restrooms are very dirty, and often out of order. The children are segregated during lunch and made to sit in a specific spot. They are given 25 minutes for lunch from the time they leave their classroom. The includes the wait in line for food. Therefor they often have 5-10 min to acually eat.

Have had wonderful teachers going on our third year there. Don't think twice about moving to an area where your kids really do come first!
