Super school, excellent teachers and staff, I couldn't be happier!!! The principal is great!
The new principal, Mr. Troughber, is very young with a chip on his shoulder. If a parent or teacher has an opinion, he seems to take the opposite just to prove his authority. Not family friendly, that's for sure. The school board is volatile and not cohesive. There seems to be a lot of hidden agendas. Take your kids elsewhere and avoid this drama!
I recently moved to this school and our family loves it. The facilities are excellent and the teachers are all great. The new principal has a wonderful welcoming attitude. We love New Buffalo Elementary School!
