Pentwater as a whole is dedicated to it's students. From the superintendent to the lunch staff, every person involved with my children has given their entire attention to making sure they have what EACH student needs. And it's not just the school. Local businesses can't seem to get enough when it comes to helping out the kids. Area residents take the time to stop at car washes and go to sports games -even when they might be 'away' games. They volunteer for in-school projects, out-of-school (community) projects ---it's not only the school that is wonderful here; it's the community as a whole. I'm happy to be part of a community that takes pride in itself and it's future!
Besides Pentwater being a great area, the school also benefits from having a great staff. Our child has been in the school for two years and both teachers have been great so far. I like the class sizes not being too large (we came from CA) and there is a great sense of community within the school. Overall a very positive learning experience for my child.
Pentwater is a fantastic place to live and raise children. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, making sure no child is left behind. We have an awesome music/band program--starting in the 4th grade w/instruments! The school has access to the Artisan Center, which is a place for the entire community to learn, experiment and be creative in all arts. Pentwater also has a great PTO Organization involving not only parents but the community as a whole. Stop in and and see for yourself! Pentwater is a place parents can be proud of!
