I am currently a student at PHHS as well. It has its ups and downs. There are a handful...maybe 5 REALLY good teachers. The math department is falling apart due to a new curriculum supposedly state wide, although it seems only PH has fully adopted it.
I attended this school and now my children do. Good activities, education and spirit.
I am a cuurent student at port huron high shcool and I am in shock at the substandard levels of teaching and overall educational experience of the students. The students are not learning basic skills that they need to suceed in institutions of higher education and in the workplace.
Im a recent student at Port Huron High and I think the school has a wonderful teachers and a safe enviroment! I would recomond this school to any one who asks me! We have a winning sports team who are not only good at sports but sportsmanship! We have a little country going on! The rules there are strick but it keeps us straight.
