This school has a strong Christian base, intertwined in every area of academics. The Abeka curriculum is used. A lot of emphasis on hand writing cursive starts in Kindergarten. I was worried about this, but my son who had low fine motor skills actually did better with cursive than printing. Miss Brouwer the kindergarten teacher is by far the best teacher I have ever encounter. She truly loves her job and the children, she sees each of them as specially made by God with unique gifts and talents. She provides a fantastic start to education for the children. For a private school it is a good value. Only one down side is if your child needs special services- these are very limited. Over all a great place for children.
