The principal is overbearing and overreaching. She treats parents with an alarming lack of professionalism. Her response students with documented behavioral disabilities is punitive and harmful.

Keller's teachers are dedicated and approachable. The school allows and encourages parent involvement that fosters a connection to your child's education. The IB curriculum teaches diversity and promotes analytical thinking, which will benefit the students for years to come.

Mrs. Steele brings a wealth of PYP IB Programme knowledge to Keller and I thank her for her hard work and dedication to the children.

As a 2nd grader, my son's amount of homework has been very manageable. (In 1st grade there was way too much homework!)

The Keller curriculum, using the IB Learner Profile, has been a terrific way for the kids to learn how to be: inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced and reflective. Thus developing honesty, integrity and fairness in the student body since the IB learner profiles are instilled in units of study.

I think Mrs. Dryden is a great leader. She is very involved...she knows my kid's name (and he's not a kid getting into trouble). She just really cares, but she's strong, and warm, and assertive. She's got it all and it trickles down to the staff.

For 2nd grade, I feel it is just right. In first I thought it was too much.

I do not believe this is the main focus of this school and I am happy about that. They certainly encourage children to persist, but focus on the global experience and benefit of persistence more than the individual benefit.
