Sparta Senior High School

Sparta is a good place to go to school. We've recently gotten a new high thats loaded with everything. The only thing that holds students back is principals who treat out of school business and events as their problems and are basically detectives in regard to problems. Sparta has random dogs searches which is a waste of money while nearby grand rapids (many more problems) have zero searches. Go Spartans

The Teachers at Sparta High are great, they take time to talk to parents and explain what is expected from the Kids and will work with the parents to help the kids achieve in school

I am a senior at Sparta High School and I am proud to say that I am a Spartan. The staff are more than helpful, they know how to interact with students, yet teach a lesson at the same time. There are so many opportunities to come out of Sparta and I'm happy to know that because of this school I can experience those opportunities.

The teachers at Sparta High School are very good overall. They are willing to share the 'inside scoop' on how your child is doing in class. They'll also let you know if they see any problems socially, which is helpful when you have a teenager! We're able to communicate with the teachers via email and we've always gotten very quick responses. Our son is getting a great education and we think he'll be well prepared for college by the time he graduates.

I'm not a parent, but a 2001 graduate from Sparta High. I went through Sparta Schools all my life. It was a great experience. The faculty and staff there are wonderful and the students were good kids. I wouldn't ever hesitate to send my children there in the future.

We have children in the 9th, 10th, & 11th grade @ Sparta Senior High. We & our children are very happy with the all around performance of the school. There are incentives to get above average grades and our children have 'gone for the gold' and achieved all A's status. They & I will enjoy their free day off as a major part of their reward for getting all A's.
