I was so unhappy with this school. I only sent one of my three children to Hoppin. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My husband and I were treated like second class citizens and our child was treated even worse by Mrs.Potts. We lost all faith in our "home" school. We would rather drive our child to Norton school than have our child terrorized by the Principal. I went from having a child that loved school to a child that cried every day when they had go.

I have one child who went to Hoppin from third grade and one who started in kintergarten!! I love this school. The teachers take the time to know you and your child! Mrs. Potts is what every principle should be like, she is well known by everyone and takes the time to get to know you. Mrs. Jones, also, is someone who really knows what is going on with all the students. The teachers are very dedicated to the students, and the teachers- aids are very devoted as well. I highly recommend this school if you live in this area.

I love this school my daughter has gone to this school since kindergarden and is going into the 3rd grade. I love the fact that the office staff knows who my child is and the class she attends without me giving her a last name. Mrs. Potts the principle is always in the hallway watching the kids at the end of the day. Makes me feel good knowing the fact my kids are safe. I rate this school very high in every way.
