I love this school it is de best
Some of the teachers are nice but some of the staff could be more friendly.
I have been extremely pleased with the education my children have received. They are very prepared to be successful.
Excellent teaching staff!
While UCMS has had mixed reviews regarding Accellerated Math, MEAP scores increased while it was in use. Next year, due in part to its unpopularity with parents, the school is returning to a textbook format for math, and giving parents a choice of AM or the more traditional approach. UCMS has received a 'B' for the past two year on the Michigan 'report card' - and recently received affirmation by the Coalition of Essential Schools - personally I feel UCMS provided a SUPERIOR education for both of my children.
In the past few years we have been VERY disappointed in Union City Schools. Their excelerated math program is the dumbest thing they have ever done! We are going to be taking our 3 children out of this school and enroll them in another school.
