My son is in his second year with the E.C.D.D. program in Ms. Ladouceur's room. He has learned so much from her and her teaching assistants. He's unhappy that he won't be in her class again next year. Her way of teaching, field trips and activities are amazing. We need more teachers like her! He'll be going to Bellview next year, and I'm hoping Mrs. Karber will be there still. I am both a parent of children who attend EDPS, and an employee of the district. I want to give a special mention to the Child Care Services Department. They are a wonderful part of the school district with their preschool and daycare environment.

Ms. Ladouceur and Ms. A. are the greatest when it comes to helping children with delays. I had a child in their class last year and they were excellent. They helped through hard times and good times & they still help when needed. Thanks a lot!!!!

My experience is with the E.C.D.D. (Early Child Developmental Delay) preschool program with Ms. Ladouceur. I can't say enough about her and this program. I have been absolutely BLOWN AWAY by everything they do. The field trips, activities & creativity put into the program has been amazing. I truly feel that my children could not have had a better experience.

I can't say enough about this school, I think it is a great school with excellent teachers and staff. We moved into the area early May and my son was put into a split class with Mrs. Fischer (what a great teacher) and we felt very welcomed by everyone from the principal to the office staff.

This school is not want it seems! The staff there have made it clear that they don't want parent involvrlment. Sure when you talk to them they are nice but when it comes to actually being involved you are shown the door and said 'Why are you here?' You tell them you are there to help the teacher they say 'The teachers don't need your help go home!' Roosevelt is over crowed and is behind on studies. My children was a yr a head in school until they went to the school and now they need extra help because they were not tought the right stuff. This gets me mad!

I was disappointed that my child only received one progress report the whole year, and only on the last day of school. I would prefer an ongoing assessment of my child (preschooler). I was happy that my daughter seemed to enjoy school and made good friends there. The Science unit on animals at the end of the year was something she really enjoyed.

Students are learning important things at Roosevelt. My child used to hate to read and is now the top reader in her class with their reading incentives. She wins prizes for books she reads and has learned to love reading.
