I was a parent at Ealy and left last year along with the other 30 or so families because of the approach of the princpal. The teachers are great and its a great facility, large and open.

My child has attended this school for four years now. I find the current principal to be very involved, professional, and caring. He is always visible and shows a genuine interest in my child's education.

As a dad that would like to be more involved I find that the principal is not very encouraging or very engaging of parents to be more involved. On the postitive note my daughter and sons teachers are wonderful. The staff is very warm and friendly.

My daughter has attended this school for three years and I must say that I am very pleased with the experience she has had. The teachers regularly communicate with parents via email and classroom newsletters. Each time I volunteer in my daughter's class, I am impressed with the level of student engagement. I find the principal to be a strong leader. He is friendly, professional and most importantly, he cares about the success of the students.

All of the staff at Ealy work really hard to make it a great place to learn. People who walk in for 5 minutes have no idea how much effort is put into teaching and working here. Give us a chance. We do great things here!!!!

The principal lacks warmth, approachability and knowledge of young children. Not a very kid-friendly approach by the principal.

Please do your child a favor, and go elsewhere. What ever your request is, you will be turned down by the Cold Hearted principal. The restrooms are disgusting!

I have to stay I was quite disappointed when I went to visit Ealy. I went with my neighbor whose child attends Ealy. She speaks very highly of the teachers but I was quite disppointed in the lack of artwork in the building compared to the other schools. I also found the principal to very unfriendly and unapproachable.

My first impression when walking into the building was that everyone was tense and cold. Based on observations of the Principal interacting with students and staff, he seems to be 'old school' in regards to his leadership style; maybe bullying others is the only way he feels he can earn their respect. My heart goes out to the students and staff of this school.

This school has great diversity and potential, but the staff is not diverse at all.
