Extremely small school; 7th grade class of approx. 50 and VERY CLICKY based on our experience... Trouble with bullying was met with hesitation, the principal stating I quote "I can only go with what I am told". This year I know of two who left cause of bullying, next year at least 4 are not returning. Very little $ for the school. Not trip to DC for the 8th grade, no languages taught leave nothing to be desired. Brighton, South Lyon, Pickney, Hamburg, Ann Arbor are all much better choices for your kids. I tried volunteering for several things only to be left out. The parents are as clicky as the kids are, especially if your new to the area.
I am a student at Whitmore Lake Middle School. I love this school. It's a great place to learn. The extracurricular activities are great. This school rocks.
