I found West Central to be a great school for a fulfilling academic experience. I personally like the block system that is used in WCA because it breaks up the year and there is so much more work done in the classroom with the 1.5 hour blocks. WCA has a great selection of classes and offers plenty of college class oportunities. All of the extra curricular activities at WCA are at the top competing level and there are plenty of options for every kind of person. There isn't a lot of parent involvement but things are still able to run smoothly. One downfall of this school is the travel distance every day since it is a school shared by 5 towns.
