I grew up in Cannon Falls, moved away and came back to raise my children here. I have three children in the Cannon Falls schools, my oldest will graduate in 2011, I have a 15 year old who is autistic and in the special needs program and a daughter in 3rd grade. The CF schools are excellent! We have had a very positive experience with all of the programs, including the special needs program. The teachers and school staff are very in tune to what the children need. The programs, curriculum and opportunities are top notch!
I have a child inthe 2st and 3rd grades. I cannot get over all the opportunities that my kids have at Cannon Falls Elementary!
We orginally moved here from Texas. We have been nothing but pleased with the teachers in Cannon Falls. I have a child in middle school and the elementary
This school is a great school for kids and parents. The teachers are knowledgeable and accessible. My kids really feel great at school and have learned a lot.
Cannon Falls Elementery was an excellent school for my kids. The teachers were always helpful to my son who had a learning disability and the kids were taught to respect one another. My daughter was fortunate enough to take place in their 'CORE' program for learning excellerated kids. From the age of 9 she traveled classes with the same group of about 10 other excellerated kids and had wonderful teachers who created an ample specialized program. We only had one problem through both of my kids' experience there. Both of them had horrible 6th grade teachers. The teachers gave a more than necessary amount of difficult homework that the kids were not ready for. When the kids switched over to middle school they found it much easier than their 6th grade teachers had said it would be like. To my knowledge, both of these teacher are still there. Good luck!
I love this school, yeah!
