My children (K&1) have attended this school for almost a year. I moved here from Georgia and was pleasantly surprised by the significant increase in academic standards and expectations of the students. This school balances academic excellence with real care for the individual student. Education is highly personalized and the teachers are keenly aware of the level and abilities of each student. Progress is measured almost continuously and instruction is modified accordingly. Educational curriculum is top of the line - Sitton Spelling, Handwriting Without Tears, Saxon Math and Rigby Literacy (level readers). In addition they have daily music, PE and recess, and a real gym!. The facility is excellent and the director is far sighted and proactive.
Excellent small Charter School. K-8 with their own busses serving a massive radius. All day every day kindergarten with weekly spanish, computer and cooking classes as well as the basics. Principal and teachers are friendly and work with each individual family/child need, expectations or requests. Small, combined classes that work with the level and pace of each child. Excellent school!
