I have been so pleased with the quality of education at Crosby-Ironton. We recently moved from the Twin Cities and all 3 of my children now attend Crosby-Ironton schools. My 5th grader has been challenging in the past, and showed little interest in school is thriving since attending C-I school. The teachers are wonderful, and the addition of iPads to the school's curriculum has engaged my son and provided him a place learn creatively. My fears of moving to a small town school are completely unwarranted. C-I offers so much more than our previous school in the twin cities.

I rate this school as a zero. They dont provide anything for gifted and talented children. The principal always seems to have other more important things on her mind, questions never get answerd by her. Your concerns seem to be put on the back burner. The fighing, bullying, and teasing dont get taken care of, There seems to be no consequence forthe kids that do this everyday. I moved my child to Aitkin

Things continue to get cut. Seems to be on downwards slide. The few interactions I did have with principle were quick and curt on her part. For the positive part the teachers are great in the lower level grades. I don't know about upper level. I have switched my kid to go to Aitkin.

I believe CRES is an excellent school. My daughter is involved in sports and music. She enjoys the challenges of her unique 5th grade class with Mr. Sipper and we believe the principal does a fine job, as well.
