our school is amazing we have a ton of class choices for whatever your going into for college. the classes are very in depth and the teachers treat you like adults but still understand that we are still learning. definitely a great school!

This school is has a great environment. If your child is on the IB track the classes are rigurous and tough but well worth the effort. Student to teacher ratio is really high. It's tough for some students to deal with that many kids in a class but I wish the level was lower. The academics are in full swing and are wonderful. The athletic departments soar and are amazing. Get your child involved in something outside of acadmeics. Great school!

Its an alright school. They don't take approprite actions for some punishment. Not open to many ideas.

Grand Rapids High school is a great school to attend and it has a wonderful Music Program and accelerated/IB program however it is definatly laking in the math department which contains some teaching more appropriate to a middle school environment and a curriculum that more often than not leaves student completly unprepared for college the ACT and SAT tests. This is my only Gripe. I do feel that the school is a safe place and I feel that the IB program has been great for me. I understand that the technical classes are also great but I have not had time to explore them myself. The Band and choir prorams are also some of the best in the state (they place very highly in competition) and they also leave students with great oppertunities and experience.
