This school is amazing, it is the next best thing the alternative which every kid wants, to be in a high school on the ocean where all that matters is sports. If you cant have that then come here, great school,teachers,top in state for athletics,good all around

I love Mahtomedi! I went to Mahtomedi Public Schools from preschool to high school graduation. The technology that the schools have in each building is very up to date, the text books are well written, the majority of the teachers know how to teach, and the close connection with teachers and students is amazing. Mahtomedi is not small nor big, but it will be considered big or small compared to other places, to me it's the perfect size being right in the middle. The options available for students to further their education through PSEO, work, and AP classes is outstanding. Being one of the top rated schools in MN I would like my kids to go to Mahtomedi too. Another thing is that many generations have gone through the school district. Highly recommended! Go Zephyrs! :)
