I have two children in this school and I think it is wonderful! I moved to Middle River because of the small school setting. Parents were very warm and inviting to me as a 'new comer'. I also work at this school and see students have to get along due to the small school setting and not having a very big 'choice of friends'.

There's a lot of tension in this school- a lot of fights with students and a lot of students don't feel good about themselves. Many stuck-up parents who won't cooperate with others (children take after them). School system is not very organized, a very small school so students really dont get much of a choice for 'friends'. Teachers are ok, they are generally very understanding and are good teachers though sometimes they tend to let their temper get the best of them. Extracurricular activities are no fun because students participating are too competitive and bossy- don't really help other teammates.
