I'm a sophomore at OHS and while this school is somewhat okay the staff doesn't really push you or expect you to succeed. They don't really expect many students to go far so they don't really motivate you.

I have lived throughout the country (Washington DC, St Louis, Dayton, Omaha) and am really glad our children could attend Owatonna Schools for most of their education. The teachers, the community, the administration, and the school board are all very concerned about our kids. There's just a feeling in the schools that everyone wants our kids to succeed and are willing to put out the effort to make sure it happens. I'd recommend Owatonna Public Schools to any family that supports quality education. You get your money's worth in Owatonna schools.
