In the pass 10 years this school district has NOT changed a thing BUT TAXES & Fired a Few teachers. We (Rothsay) have grown by 5 students and In that 10 years we have a 20 year assesment, for What I wonder ! You would be better off Home Schooling, better yet stay away all together.

We have 3 teenagers, moved from a big city to here over a year ago. The kids like the teachers, like their friends, and overall feel safe in the community. Their dad and myself, are so happy we chose Rothsay to live instead of any other town around. The school is small, but shows they care about each kid no matter where they are from. Some sports are consolidated with another town, which hopefully someday kids will be able to have sports here. A great quiet community to raise children, and close enough to Fergus Falls and Fargo.
