Personally, I know that those cameras are watched, but even then, you can't always catch everything. Kids aren't stupid and they do have basic reasoning skills. They will figure a few things out. However, most of the teachers are great and understanding. I say this as an old student who now can look back on the time I had at Oltman and fully understand the affect that this place has had on me and my life. It helped me build my education up so and now I am at a University studying what I want with many plans for my future. Oltman helped get me here, and gave me a different view of the world because of the ways that it is different from another public school. You not only get a well rounded education, but you also get a sense of the world and the part you play in it.

Oltman is a great school. Sure, there are a lot of fights but they're usually broken up fast. The teachers all know what they're talking about, and about the security; yes they have cameras everywhere, and the people in the guidance office do watch them. Kids can't go out between lunch and homeroom-there are teachers in the hall watching, and the doors will be locked.

I agree with both of the comments. And It is very easy to get out because All you need to do is stick a pencil or rock in the door and you can get back in. Yes there is cameras but who actually watches them besides the troubled students sitting in the office? Also yes lots of schools think about sex, drugs, and Alcohol. BUt most at Oltman have tried 1 of the 3 or all.

Oltman Junior High is a ok school but it's a lie about students sneaking out to go to smoke or drink. There is security in that school because if you go out of the school you are not able to go inside again if not passing in front of the main offce plus there's camaras around the whole school. About students thinking about sex or whatever, in every single school in this world there's a lot of students that think about sex 24/7. That's no reason to say that Oltman Jr. High is a bad school because it's not.

Oltman Junior High Is an okay school The main Principal is very nice. some of the teachers there single out students. and they don't have very good security because I know that students leave school after there lunch time to smoke and just go back in for homeroom what do you think about that? Well all the students there think about sex, drugs, and alcohol 50% of them have tried drugs such as pot, chronic, and cocaine. this school needs to up on there secutirty.
