iI love this school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of the kids love it there and all of the teachers r great
This is our third year at St. Mark's. I echo the comment below about the committed parents and opportunities outside the classroom. In addition, it is a great environment for working parents as the before and after care is excellent.
We chose this school because of the good test scores (95%s) and the variety of the curriculum. They have spanish, computer, art, music, library and PE teachers for K-8th grade in addition to 4 science classrooms and two gyms. The teachers we've had (K-4th grade) have all been very enthusiastic and creative. We have liked the teaching material so far. There are also several after school programs such as reading club and Mad Science. They often have field trips. They are very concerned about safety and teaching kids fairness and responsibility. The parents are very involved and do a lot of volunteer work. They have several fund raising activities such as fairs. Although they get religious education, the school does not restrict enrollment by non-Catholics. I would highly recommend this school for anyone who cares about their kids education and well being.
