Recent Reviews
After a change in schools I believe the heart of this school is awesome. You can tell they do what they love and love what they do, they are differently not 'just there for a paycheck'. They listen and help the children but just as important they hear the parents and the communication between staff and parents is very important to them. They have excellent teaching programs that the kids love and work. Band starts in 5th grade and the new band teacher is fabulous. The after school program PEP Club is so incredible and free to the parents. You won't go wrong picking this school for your children.
Verndale is very nice school system. The faculty and staff are friendly and are always there to lend a hand to any student in need. They recently have went through a change in Principal, but administration has always had a firm handle on discipline and the outright needs of everyone.
