Kennedy Elementary School

Both of my daughters attended this school and the teachers and staff are great! I was well pleased with the smooth transition as we moved in the middle of the school year. The principal is awesome and you can see that he truly loves his job and the kids that attend his school.

I enjoy taking my kids to this school very much. They enjoy going everyday and have wonderful teachers that are very patient and kind to them! The doors are locked and people need to be buzzed in making me feel comfortable letting my children attend here. I rate this school a 4.

The teachers at this school are first rate and very educated in the reading process thanks to a Reading First grant they were a part of. It is a friendly and nurturing environment.

We have really appreciated the high quality education our children have received at Kennedy Elementary. Both of our boys have needed special education and the teachers and paras they've had are really exceptional people who have worked hard to give individual attention with a lot of patience. There is also a high level of parent/teacher communication at Kennedy, so we're always aware of where our kids are excelling or need extra attention in school. We will miss everyone when our youngest moves on this next year!
