Basically everything! They have a great administrative staff, great teachers, great special education dept. And the Special Ed. dept is important to me because my son does have special needs. They also have a great PTA and other groups & organizations that do a lot of good within the school and the community and do a lot of fund-raising as well. It's a great school that would be very worthy of this prize and could also put it to great use.
BEWARE! Terrible teacher morale. Major distrust issues between the teachers, staff and administration. Constant conflicts with the school board and parents are NOT considered. The building is cold and uninviting to those who enter. There isn't a lot of school pride felt by families. Students are NOT challenged and parents are not encouraged to participate within the classroom. Your tax money is better spent elsewhere.
