I am a teacher assistant and parent and I know how hard it is to work with the students and deal with parents. Like all schools Hunter Middle needs improvement academically and parental involvement. We all have to work together to do what is best for our children. I also feel that we need to put our kids in uniforms which would help take their mind off their appearance but on their education. We want our children to think highly of themselves but a dressed up child who cant pronounce or spell the brand of clothing they or wearing equals nothing. We also need to remember that the student is not always wrong and the teacher is not always right. Lets not judge a situation before really looking into it.
