I beleive that Rowan elementary is on the verge of reaching its full potential. under the leadership of Ms Fountain and Mrs Holloway and their excellent staff. The attitude of the entire staff is, in my opinion excellent. The teachers and other staff members genuinely care for the students at Rowan. The area that beleive Rowan has fallen short is in parental participation, however this not because of lack of effort on the school's part. The shortcoming has been on us (parents). If we at Rowan can get parent participation up, the sky is the limit to where Rowan elementary can go hence the sky is the limit to where our kids can go. I beleive every kid deserves that opportunity.
