Hernando Middle is an exceptional school that provides hands-on learning tools while also training at each student's individual skill level. I highly recommend this school; I taught at HMS for 2 years and can personally vouch for the integrity of the administration, faculty, and staff.(there is none better) They all work harmoniously to provide the best education for your child. HMS Rocks!

This is one of the best schools I've ever been to. I wasn't there all year though. I love the seventh grade teachers. Mrs.Sheats is a really fun math teacher, she makes lot of fun activities. Mrs. Craigen is a pretty strick english and literature teacher, but shes still really fun. Now if you kid are into band there are two great band teachers. Mr. west is mostly the drum teacher but he also knows the rest of the instroments too. I forgot what thew other teachers name is but he's really great he mostly help the horns and the drums but not that good at the drums.
