My kids have been in this school for about three weeks, when I first went to visit the school I thought I was going to be very impressed. Now that have some good teacher, but they also have some issue: Like my kids have doctor excuse that says no sugar well I found out that they are still letting my kids eat sugar. I have address this with the school and they are not wanting to abide my a doctor not which concern. I happen to be moving so I don't have to worry about that no more.

My children and I are very happy with this school, we just moved back from Durant, OK. where my 4th grader was 25 lessons behind in math there. I have a 2nd and 4th grader and they are pushed to learn more in this school.

We are so pleased with East Hancock! We have two children at the school and they have attended for the past three years. I can honestly say that each teacher we have had has been wonderful. They are truly committed to the students and really enjoy their jobs. Both children are doing very well and LOVE going to school! The communication between parent and teacher is great and they strongly encourage parent involvement. We are a military family and move around quite a bit, so to find a school like East Hancock has been such a relief! Thank you for providing a fun, safe and structured place to learn!

As a parent I applaud East Hancock to have the courage to sing 'Christmas songs' that use the name of God, allow children their imagination with Santa Claus and the strict way discipline is handed down when need be. Excellant school system and teachers!

I have had children in private school and this one is equal to or better than the private school.

Academics are very good here. Extracurricular activities could be stronger. Good parental involvement. Very good TAG (talented and gifted course).

Our daughter went to kindergarten at East Hancock. I volunteerd three times a week. What a wonderful school, and what a wonderful staff. Mrs. Perniciaro was a dream teacher and our daughter flourished in her class. A+

The parent involvement at this school is excellent. The school has many activites through out the year that include the entire family, ie. Halloween carnival, Silent Auction, Holiday Tree lighting. My son throughly enjoys attending this school and I am very pleased as well.

My son started Kindergarten at East Hancock this year and only 4 weeks into school I am amazed. Great school. Very Structured and disciplined, while still very nurturing environment. The things that he has already learned are wonderful! Even in kindergarten the music classes and library are utilized in a way that is perfectly appropriate for their educational level. The school is clean and well kept, the administration is very organized; parent involvement is wonderful. The teachers I have had contact with thus far are great, and my son absolutely loves it. I was certainly nervous and apprehensive as my son is the first of my children to start school, but my nerves were calmed and I felt very reassured very quickly. All of this was just icing on the cake, as this school's scores are tops!!

I have visited this school and have been absolutely blown away by the principal's knowledge of all curriculums and dedication to her students' education. All the teachers work extremely hard to ensure their students' success. If you don't believe me, look at the test scores! To the principal: Keep up the great work and keep serving as a extraordinary mentor to the teachers/students you have committed your passion to.
