Nora Davis Magnet School is an incrdible school full of wonderful academic opportunities. Not only is it great academically, (It is rated a level 5 from state tests which is the best), it is a whole school for the arts and integrates art into every subject. For instance, students might learn a song to remember a math formula. This keeps the students interested and excited about school. Nora Davis also offers great extracurricular activities. This year the 4th, 5th, and 6th graders are involved in an original opera where students write, design costumes, sets, and perform their own opera. The school also offers special art, dance, strings and showchoir. My daughter has attended ND since Kindergarten and loves it. She is now in fourth grade and I believe she is getting the best education possible. The teachers and staff are wonderful, and I wouldn't dream of sending her anywhere else!

I have one child attending Nora Davis Magnet School. I am very please with the school, the faculty, and everything that my son has learned since attending NDMS at five yrs. old. The teachers are outstanding. Each day when my child and I did homework, I was always impressed with what he had learned in a day. The techniques that the teachers use are very effective. I would not change a thing. Hooked On Phonics does not even come close to comparison with the Accelerated Reading that NDMS provides for their students. Hats off to the Principal, Teachers and Students at NDMS. You all should be very proud. I am.
