Our school is wonderful!! It is full of life and kindness. It has some of the best teachers and staff I have ever come across. Also the best principal we have had. The staff is so encouraging to the children in every situation even the custodians and cafeteria workers are like family. As far as learning here..it is so advanced as far as knowledge and even with the technology. Our school has come a long way with things that we have wanted for the students, but there is always room for improvement and additional educational things that we could purchase for the students and staff to use. The $5,000.00 would be very beneficial to our school and very much appreciated and we thank you very much for this opportunity that you have given our school!! :o)

Our school is always striving to be the best that it can be and to provide a quality education for all our students. We have students with many different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Our school makes it a focus/goal to help each individual student reach their full potential. We have many programs and strategies designed to help struggling students. We also have programs and strategies in place that are designed for students that excel academically. The teachers care about each student as an individual person. Teachers make it a goal to get to know each individual student and form lasting bonds and connections with them. We have many actively involved parents and we strive to work hand in hand with parents for the betterment of our school. There is always room for any school to grow and improve. We are considered to be an excellent school, but always strive to be even better. We would like to implement some new programs to reach more students and this 5,000 dollars would help us make some of those improvements.

This is an excellant school. The staff are well prepared to deal with many different learning needs. Out of the 3 children I had attending at Eastlawn, 2 of them had learning disabilities. My oldest couldnt read in the 2nd grade, his teacher picked up on it and had him tested and placed in special education{he was reading by the end of the school year and at grade level}; my middle child is entering the gifted program{thanks eastlawn}; my yooungest had a severe speech impediment, now even strangers can understand most of what she says. All around an excellant school to begin the educational steps.
