Purvis Lower Elementary School

Both of my girls go to Purvis Schools one in High School and one at the Lower Elem. The teachers are great and will work with you. I would not send my girls any where else in the county. This is a great town and school system to raise your family.

My daughter currently goes to Purvis Upper Elem and my son will start Kind next year. I have never once regretted moving her into this school. They are excellent and she has learned a great deal. The EXCEL program is fantastic.

my son graduated from Purvis High 3 years ago- He was in band and very involved in backstage drama as well...this school was instrumental in shaping his sense of self- i was also impressed when my youngest child came home from kindergarten asking to wear school colors on friday- Children learn character and integrity at this school! Wonderful!

We've have nothing but problems with school. The student to teacher ratio is missleading. I don't know where these number come form, but most classes have about 25 students with one teacher.

We transferred our daughter here 2 years ago at the start of her 1st grade year. We are very pleased with the school and the teachers. It has excellent programs such as EXCEL and AR. We never regret the decision to move our daughter to a better school such as Purvis Elementary. We are planning a new home soon but will make sure that it is in this school district. Our son will be going soon and we would never want either of them to miss out on a school as geared toward the children as this one.

My oldest attended here and my youngest attends 1st grade. As a parent, I am very satisfied with the leadership and curriculum at this school. The principal is very open to suggestions and the teachers are wonderful. I believe this is a great school that cares about the education of your child and their well being.
