Quitman High School

OMG this school system really stinks. I worked there for over 25 years. Initially it was a great place but as time went on Quitman was left behind. The enrollment has declined by 900 in just 10 years. Most of the really good teachers have bailed. Now if your kid excels in athletics you will fair pretty good. The school board is afraid of the superintendent and the principal is scared of the gangs.

I am very unhappy with this school. It is very unorganized. The dress code is horrible. I would not suggest you put your child in the quitman school district. The football team is average and so is the baseball team. The softball team is one of the best in the state.

This school has some of the best teachers in the state. They are very knowledgable about the subject matter and know how to teach it in order for the students to learn.

Im a current student, not very pleased with the education..The athletic's department is more of the center.

Quitman High School is an awesome school! No it is not perfect but what school is. They have outstanding teachers and administration. My children have obtained a quality education at Quitman
