The educational opportunities at Robinsonville Elementary are minimal at best. Most children are below-grade level and teachers are not provided with necessary teaching tools to bring them up to par. Discipline and structure are lax. Although there are some great teachers here, they are restricted by a lax administration. Teacher morale is low because of lack of any positive feedback from the administration. Priorities are not uniform and too much time is spent off task in some classrooms. Teachers cannot meet the real needs of the children because of lack of support from administration combined with very little parent involvement. The transportation department is also dangerous. My children were punched, biten and had a backpack stolen in the first 2 months of school. Nothing was done to insure their safety so that I had to remove them from the bus.
