This school has some teachers who are demanding high expectations from their students, while other teachers are doing nothing but babysitting. My child was not pushed to do her best by the majority of her teachers. What a shame I did not put her somewhere else so she wouold be better prepared for college.

I am glad to know that Stone Middle School has a principal who knows the importance of discipline and a controlled environment. I really feel that students at this age need structure and a feeling of safety and a caring faculty.

This school has really improved over the past few years. I had an older child who attended a few years ago, just let me say I don't think teachers always had students at heart. The principal really has positive things going on there now, and most teachers seem to want to help students. Many students are able to be involved with what is an interest to them, like music, sports, art, drama etc....

The teachers and administration were always willing to help anytime my child had a problem. I was impressed to see teachers staying after school to tutor children who were having difficulties.
