My two children hagone to Sherwood for a number of years now. They both love the school, teachers, and principal. Everyone works really hard to make it a loving and fun environment for learning and that is openly communicated down from the Principal to the Staff. Sherwood Elementary school is over 40 years old, but it is really clean and bright. The custodial staff takes pride in their job and really works hard to keep it a fresh and clean learning environment. The Test Scores are a big indicator of a staff taking the initiative to to raise the bar for our children. Scores have been on the rise every year and the staff is constantly trying to improve their results. The math program at Sherwood is really making a positive difference in my children's understanding and memorization. I fully recommend this school to anyone.

My son is second grader at Sherwood. We have been at Sherwood for 3 years now.The parent community is very friendly, supportive and involved. The Staff and especially the Principal go above and beyond to make sure the kids are safe, learning and kind to others. students. This is a wonderful neighborhood school!

My child is in the 4th grade at Sherwood. I would consider myself very involved in the school so I feel my opinion is relevant. The test scores will speak for them selves so I ll tell you about the staff. Incredible! You can tell these people aren t just there for the paycheck. Everyone from the Principal to the support staff cares about the kids and their education. When I drop my child off at school I know she will be safe and well taken care of until I get back to pick her up. These are people that care. This parent gives Sherwood an A+ on every level.

I have 3 children in the Fox district. My youngest is at Sherwood. The principal knows the names of every student and greets them. I have had one problem and called the principal and she immediately took care of it to my satisfaction. I think Sherwood has loving and caring staff members that are willing to work with you and your child. I am very happy with Sherwood.

I think Sherwood is a great school with some wonderful teachers. I have two children there and they both love Sherwood. They get involved with the children. I went to Sherwood myself as a child and loved every bit of it. I would recommend them replacing or considering different medical attention. I have had some problems with the school nurse not providing the care for the kids they are supposed to receive.

My experience with this scholl has been quite eye opening. I have three other children that are in the C-6 school dist. Two whom have already graduated. This child I now have in Sherwood has had to endure intimadation from teachers to office staff. In my opinion, the faculity at this school oversteps personal rights, doctors prescriptions and questioning my ability as a mother. I'm very disappointed !
