Bloomfield High School is a wonderful school. The teachers take time out of their personal life to take one on one time with the students to help them get their grades up or with anything they may not understand. I read the review about the parent who complaned about the cost to send your child there. That parent needs to understand that the state has cut the schools funds so much that the students have to provide many of their own supplies. That parent also commented on the importance of pen color, a teacher at that school has found a very affective way of teaching by having the students write certain things in a certain color pen. All in all I think that this is probably the best school in Southeast Missouri. Signed Bloomfield High School Graduate 2004

This school seems to be so involved in the have to have things a certain way that they don't worry about the cost to parents such as school supplies the cost for my two kids alone this year was 100.00 dollars and that was before the kids come home with another list after the first day of school and now that adds another 50.00 dollars to that and the fact they have to have cretian thing such as pin color and all is just stupid. The school buys new books and expects the students to buy the book cover to put on it thing is the cover won't do any good because you as well as I know that once it hits the locker it is going to be messed up before the next kid gets it.
