My son went to north county for 2 year but moved temp to seckman high last year to stay with his father. By far the staff and students were more welcoming freindly and caring towards the students at North County, the band is the best compared to Seckman High and North County school in st louis county, very large band size, excellent music director, sports are fantastic track and cross country produced state champs as well as football. Newer facility. I recently moved to TX my son is still in MO, and we are looking for property to move back to North County school dist. for the remainder of his high school years.

My daughter graduated last year. The academics are good, with many options for the children. My daughter was in band and their band was picked to represent Mo at the WW11 Memorial dedication in Washington D.C, so has a very good marching band program. Parent involvement is good, but sometimes difficult for 'new people' to get into the group of existing parent volunteers and offer new ideas. Could use a little more involvement by counselors to help kids understand scholarship options and college financing options. All in all a very good school.
