As with many rural school districts, funding isn't plentiful; but Bosworth does a fine job of educating its students with the limited resources. Although resources may be limited, Bosworth has the advantage of low student to teacher ratios. Each students gets needed one-on-one attention from his/her teacher(s). I have had many opportunities to work with the students--many of them lack motivation. I would recommend that a portion of teacher in-services be dedicated to teaching teachers how to be motivators. Students tend to learn more when they are interested in what is being presented to them. Alternately, many students do not have support systems at home which encourage interest in learning. Bosworth does offer programs for parents to help educate them in supporting their children's needs-You Go Bosworth! Keep up the good fight.
