This is one of the most well-kept secrets in the Cape Girardeau area. The school excels in academics with a focus on good morals and character development, which I find refreshing and needed in these times. All the teaching staff are very focused upon the success of each student. Both of my children went through all of the grades and graduated high school through ERCS. I would highly recommend this school!

ERCS is a biblical centered school that teaches the truth according to the Bible. It has teachers and staff that pray daily for the school, students, families and staff. It has small class sizes that allow individualization of teaching based on each students needs. Best of all it lines up and reinstructs into my childeren the same beliefs, ethics and morals that I instill in them every day.

Eagle Ridge Christian School has smaller class sizes, a warm environment, and caring teachers. An excellent alternative to public school, without losing the higher learning standards our students need!

My school is very focused on my child's education as well as her well being outside of school. There are always genuinely concerned and give me timely updates on any and all progress she is making.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin when talking about ERCS. Our daughter has already learned so much and she's only in Kindergarten. The teachers and staff are excellent, we are truly blessed to be able to send our daughter to such a loving, christian environment every day. It's a great place to send your children.

ERCS is a great school!! The kids are taught biblical foundations which are very important during this day and age. The leadership and teachers are very open to new ideas and suggestions. They encourage parents and families to be involved in their children's education. I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for a positive change in their child's life.

We have three small children at ERCS, infant, K-4, and Kindergarten. The teachers are beyond amazing! It feels like a big family with such love and care gor the children. The academic program is the top curriculum in the area, (I compared many schools), I am blown away daily to see how much my children learn. I love the fact I can have all my chdren in the same school, it makes dropping off and picking up so much easier. But the absolute best part of ERCS is the teach the Word of God daily! That is the most important part!!!

I love my school. They work hard with all their students and give the time and effort to try different ways to teach children. They allow parents to get involved and help with outings. I think my school is better than the school I went to and reaches far above others in education.

I love Eagle Ridge! My three children, all jr. High and high school age, have been in this school since kindergarten. The teachers are very caring and nurturing and encourage the children to be the very best they can be. I love the fact that they are taught to have a Christian worldview and the same Christian values we are trying to instill in them at home.

This is the most underrated private school in the Cape Girardeau area. They provide a quality Christian education, competitive athletic programs, and an environment for your child to grow in that is unmatched. Eagle Ridge offers small classrooms, caring and knowledgable teachers, affordable tuition, opportunities to play all sports, and a great sense of community. This school is on the rise in the Cape Girardeau community and for good reasons!

I love teaching at this school, and I believe it is top notch in Christian education. The administration is great and really knows how to run a Christian school, the other teachers are all cream of the crop, and the students are so easy to teach. I would recommend this school to anyone

Both of my children having been attending Eagle Ridge Christian School since they were two years of age. By the age of four, both were reading, could count to over one-hundred and were obviously well above their peers. I like the fact that my children are pushed beyond the norm. I am pleased with the Christian environment, as well as the acedemics. I feel good knowing that my children are in a clean and safe environment.

Our daughter has graduated from Eagle Ridge and our son has never went any where else. We highly recommend Eagle Ridge Christian, not only for quality of academic programs, sports etc. But, for the moral values and biblical teaching. We know that our children will get the teaching at school as same as at school. We thank God for the ability to send them to this school. And, recommend it for you. Hughes Family

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
